Jesus replied, 'You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment.  A second is equally important: `Love your neighbor as yourself.' Matthew 22:37-39 , NLT

Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Ephesians 3:17-19,  NLT

As we face the challenge of living out our church’s mission in our culture we must deal with difficult issues while affirming the authority of Scripture to speak to them. To acknowledge the Bible’s authority is to allow it to challenge our culture, our church, and ourselves. But what do we do when it’s the Scripture itself we find difficult? When a passage seems to bring more confusion than clarity?

As we move through 1 Timothy, this Sunday we come to one of the trickiest passages written by the Apostle Paul, one filled with interpretive landmines that have yielded all manner of debate and division. You may want to read 1 Timothy 2:8-15 in advance. The question before us is, how are men and women to relate together in the worshipping church?

I want to offer four principles for approaching and interpreting difficult passages like this, where the topic (in this case, gender) is hotly contested, and the application is so culturally diverse. Keep these things in mind as you prayerfully read and respond to this passage.

I wanted to change Screensaver but never could. The artwork and God's word were wonderful, but the app is lacking when it comes to ease of use.

Dislike the actual app. Love The Word of God! This ap is misleading tries to use the Word to lure Christ lovers not knowing that what the devil means for bad God will take and use for HIS good. Too many pop up ads have nothing to do with God. You're not using God HE is using you!

This would be my first time ever been putting a bad review but this one made me sick. I can't say I'm a hard core Christian but I do believe and worship him in my own way and was trying so seek him in this and all I frond was adds.so can someone point me in the direction of a real website where I can get real Christian themes for my cell phone
