WEFOUNDSaviour: The Trilogy

Mihály Munkácsy undoubtedly reached the pinnacle of his career with The Christ Trilogy, even though the three paintings were only exhibited for the first time together almost 100 years after his death. When Munkácsy started to paint Christ before Pilate (Krisztus Pilátus előtt), in the summer of 1880, he was already working with one of the most successful art-dealers in Paris, Charles Sedelmeyer.

Sedelmeyer's ambition to make Munkácsy known worldwide proved to be successful. It was he who regularly organised international exhibitions for Munkácsy's newest works, and negotiated the sale of both commercial and reproductive rights of the paintings. Therefore the big Christ painting became the centre of the international attention even before its completion. After showing in Paris, England and Vienna, it was exhibited in Budapest at the beginning of 1882 when over 80 thousand people went to see it.

The first surprise is that the third chapter of your opus is divided in two parts. Why? Why didn't you add a Part Four instead?
The answer to why it is divided is above... "Part 4" would kill the concept of A Trilogy! : )

You combine a lot of symphonic elements with heavy music, Do you have a classical background?
I have no formal music training....It has always been a matter experimentation and effort.... A musical exploration, I guess?

How do you manage the composing process in the band?
When developing a song, I start at the piano, work out the melodies and harmonies, then move to the computer for the sequencing..after composing all the orchestral arrangements and finalizing tempos/meter/ key etc...I will pass on the arrangements to the musicians who will perform it...after each musician has had time to rehearse and develope his part, it is ready to be recorded... Production of a Legend album is a very time consuming process! : )

I could see her eyes burning with anger. "Don't stand there and lie to me! I know you were out drinking with that idiot older brother of yours!"

She was right; I was out with my twenty five year old brother Andrew last night. I call him Andy for shot of course. He never truly liked his real name, and to be honest Andy fits him perfectly. He was disowned by my parents last month. He started doing drugs and his dealers were showing up at the house asking for money. My parents paid his dealers but disowned him for it; so I am not really meant to be seeing him anymore. But I can't help but miss him. We get along famously and he was always my rock growing up, and I am going to be his rock too.

I was pulled back by my mom's yelling. I looked at her and decided that I honestly don't give a shit about lying to her anymore. So I took a deep breath and prepared for my homelessness.
