This quick and easy sausage and veggie meal prep is simple enough for weeknight dinners and special enough for guests.  It has all three main categories of the meal; Protein, Carb, and Vegetable.  We talk about these core items more on our Meal Prep 101 post.

3. Prep the veggies: chop the potatoes (pretty small pieces here so they will be tender in time), trim the green beans, chop the baby cauliflower, chop the peppers into strips, remove the greens from the baby carrots, and thickly coin the sausage.

4. Place all the veggies and sausage on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and flip/stir all the veggies around. ADD tomatoes before putting the pan back Inc the oven.

The idea of regularly skipping meals might sound nightmarish but according to one doctor it could be the key to maintainable weight loss.

Intermittent fasting diets have skyrocketed in popularity over the past few years – from the 5:2 to the ‘two weeks on, two weeks off’ plan – but this latest concept might be the most extreme yet.

Called the ‘one meal a day diet’, the concept is simple and involves getting your daily calories, nutrients and energy from just one meal rather than the traditional three plus snacks, Get The Gloss reports.

Number One: The temperature in your oven has to be accurate.
You might want to test your oven before the big day by simply preheating it to 250° and testing it with a cooking thermometer.
